Forgot to say.. this is what i was offered today, as a gift, and said "Thank you, its so pretty, and you say your mom made it? Amazing, thanks again i will eat it later" ... and i didn't.... I will admit i truly don't like frostings, but would have gladly eaten the muffin without the frosting. But I didn't. I feel bad for my co-worker who thinks I did... anyway, here's the muffin
