So, i finally slept at my place so i weighed in
Sept 3rd
Dia 14 of the diet
Cruise day 10 i think (dont have my spreadsheet here)
weight: 62.2 (same as wednesday 31st of august, so .. not so bad considering what you are going to read)
-1,9 kg since begining
Friday's pasta was awosome and it was just pasta, tomato sauce and grilled chorizo (spanihs very fatty sausage) and that's all i had. Then there was no afternoon snack and dinner was totally light PP food and an Activia 0%
But then the weekend........... bad bad me!!! Saturday we took a very long walk after running some errands in the morning, and went for lunch at this great burger place. BF really wanted to go and i told him.. ill just have the meat, dont worry... i ended up having one of the two burger buns... and some wine, and i admit some fries... the walk there was long 30 minutes and so would be the walk back so i thought... what the heck. Then in the evening after a great siesta we went out again 20 minutes walk to and from the supermarket where we bought for dinner a great fish that we cooked in the oven and that was my dinner. So all in all like the previous day... transgressions at lunch, but long walk and a total PP dinner...
Needless to say there was wine and a gintonic involved in the weekend but i didnt feel that the consecuences should be all that bad... and i was right. I must admit i was surprised though, was expecting to have gained something since my last weigh in on wednesday morning... but NO... 62.2 - whoohoooo
Now, i know what you are thinking.. its not always going to be that way, so ill be extra careful. And i have said before, i WILL be extra careful this week.. wedding on Saturday so... i need to loose one more kilo before then in case the weekend goes "bad" in the dukan sense of the word. haha.
BF is sleeping now.. we'll have brekko together, i have prepared some dukan bread. Today he'll have lunch with his family, me with mine. They know of the diet so ill ask my dad to take us to a stake house or something like that where i can eat great meat or wonderful fish... tonight ham and yogourt or a ham omelette. During the week it is quite easy for me to follow the diet. I take a tuppeware for lunch at work so i can be 100% dukan... or if i go out for lunch with coworkers we go to a menu place where there are always vegs and meat.
By the way my dad just called... italian restaurant for lunch... oh no... but i will try to eat fish or meat, not going to cave in!!
Plus when BF left he discovered my bike (motorbike) was vandalised last night, it seems they tipped it over, its all scratched, but then tried to put it back up and they did, breaking the rear view mirror in the progress, so i cant use it.. so i will walk to and from the restaurant, that should be an hour and a half or so in total.... oh well.... hope the insurance covers the fixing of the bike.. dammmmmm

Sorry to hear about your bike - nightmare - but I guess the extra exercise will help outweigh some of those carbs! I hope you manage your target for the wedding - it sounds like a very posh do. I was talking to a friend (who's a nutritionalist) yesterday and he said he explains to people that they have two fuel tanks ; one for carbs and one for fat - if you keep filling up your carb fuel tank your body will use that because its easier and never burn up that fat. So as long as your not eating enough carbs to provide your body with all its fuel, you will still burn some fat while eating pasta and burger buns(!!!) but not as much as you would if you were strictly low carb. I thought it was a clever way to explain it. Anyway have a great week and keep us informed :@)
