Day 19
15 Cruise day - will try a PV day... dinner might be tricky
weight: 64,4
gain/loss 0.00
Total lost: -1,7
So, this morning scales decided to stay put at yesterday' weight - yay!! Yesterday was a bad bad bad diet day with so many transgressions, but i had only a yogourt and a slice of ham for dinner + my 3.5km walk which i guess stopped the bad consecuences of my weaknesses.
Today i have to pack, go leave my bike at mom's, take the car go visit my aunt at the old people's home, go back to mom's for the weekend, leave the car and if time allows it I will walk back home instead of taking public transport... that will be about 3 km as well.
Then at 4...off to the airport. Lunch will be PP that's for sure... and then we arrive at the south and well... tonight all of the guests coming from far are invited to a dinner with the bride and groom and their family. It will be definitely not Dukan friendly.. deep fried sea food, spanish ham, pies, tortillas (the spanish tortilla being potato, onion, eggs)hopefully some salads (tuna and tomato is typical down there) and lots of yummy stuff that will be definitely hard to resist, but i will try!!!!! specially because i do want to have a glass of wine or a drink afterwards so I promise i will carefully watch what is available in the Dukan-friendly area.
Tomorrow we will all just do some turism and indulge in the hotel pool or the beach, i will eat light and healthy and try to enjoy the wedding. I have decided that obviously i will have to eat the wedding menu, so what i will do is not eat bread or cake... that should limit the damage :)
Anyway...off i go to pack!!
Thanks Vicky and Curt and Jamie for you comments... next posting Sunday night!!!!
editing: i got my 3km walk from my parents house to mine... 3,08 to be exact according to runkeeper. Rythm was slower this time cos its about 33ยบ C outside and its lunch time... o well. Lunch is steak and a fried egg and a small glass of gazpacho (small cos it has plenty of olive oil... but its so good and so cold!! I love it!!)
Hope you have a wonderful time at the wedding!
ReplyDeleteI think that's a good plan to just focus on enjoying the wedding, avoiding the bread/cake, but still having a glass of wine to toast the happy couple... :)
