Merry Christmas everyone!!
Now, let me just say Dukaning has been ...... impossible. I have eaten to my heart's content and the scales have reminded me this morning... back up to 61,3
Tomorrow I am off with my parents to Tenerife for 6 days. Dukaning will be hard but as it is a relaxed holiday at home (no beach, no all inclusive, not a holiday) since my mom has a house there and in the city not the beach, I think i will be able to control the damage and even lose weight if I stick to my plan of not doing anything special. We will be at home, in our home, and everytime I am there I like having nice healthy food: fish, veggies... so hopefully by Jan 1st I will be at least down to 60, yes Sir!!! Only dangerous day: New Year's eve ofcourse. But I will let you know.
In the mean time, have a great week! I will not be able to post from there so see you January 1st!!

Confessions
Sorry to have been gone so long!! I have to confess I haven't been Dukaning.. AT ALL!
Last post was last Wednesday.. well since then it was downhill all the way! I've had carbs, sweets, pasta, wine, champagne... almost all the forbidden food! Even fruit (which sounds ironic as fruit is in most diets, but not Dukan)
Anyway during this week of forgetting about the diet I went up to 61,6 again, then down to 60,8 back up to 61,7 and supposedly today at B's - remember? the one whose scales weigh about a kilo more than mine???? - well on B's scales it was 61,4 which should be a 60,6 on mine.
Today I behaved... I'll admit to carbs at breakfast... but lunch was Dukan and tonight dinner will be extra light and extra Dukan. Let's see if tomorrow I can have a true weigh-in at my place as I'll be here tonight. I can't and won't say I will be "good" the next few days, with Christmas and all that, but I will try to limit the damage.
So, in case I don't pop in here before then.......MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! Will drop a note before New Year's i promise

I'm weak!!
Quick post today as it is late and I'll be heading off to bed as soon as I finish this.
Today's weight 60,0 (-100 gr.)
I gues its normal after the previous 1,2 kg whoosh! However its still disappointing.
Today I was weak, we had a team lunch at an italian restaurant. I went down thinking Carpaccio is the way forward... but we were 13 people, starters to share were ordered and I slipped... so, what did I do? instead of carpaccio or a steak tartare I order PASTA ... yes, oh well. I had it with plain tomato sauce instead of the cheesy or creamy ones... Will let you know the outcome tomorrow!
Oh yea, and to make things worse Im having some wine, the remains from Saturday night. I could not let it go to waste!!! right??
I also feel good at 60 kg so it doesnt help with the cheating. But I am determined to go down to 57... I need to be strong!! I can do it!! Slowly, but surely!!

Whoosh!
I guess the holiday weight was … very … hummm… temporary! After only one day of PP attack I lost 1,2 of the 1,4 gained.
However, as on the Thursday before leaving my weight was 59,5 - lowest point – I will rephrase and say I gained 1,8 on the holiday… so still 600 grs to go. Wouldn’t it be perfect to lose them between today and tomorrow?? It would also be unrealistic, so I settle for losing them by Friday – better, right?
Today’s menu:
Breakfast: low fat latte and oat bran toast (with a tinsy bitsy bit of raspberry marmalade)
Snack: hardboiled egg
Lunch: 3 small homemade hamburgers (obviously no bun, no cheese, no salad, just the meat!)
Snack: Actimel 0%
Dinner: omelette with ham and cheese
Tonight is the first episode of season 2 of a great TV series, you might have heard about it, it’s called Downton Abbey, I am so looking forward to it! And it’s great that it’s on a Tuesday as it was one of the days where there is really nothing on TV!!! – I don’t really watch that much TV but its true I enjoy about an hour or so of TV in the evening – I don’t count the news as TV time…
Anyway off to watch my tv show and do my nails

Back to attack - 4 days - damage control
So, yesterday, Sunday I did not weigh myself and I had a transition day. Had lunch at my parents with their friends. Not Dukan but i controled myself.
today's weight: 61,3kg
gain on holiday 1,4 kg
last weigh in: 59,9
lowest weight before holiday: 59,5
Target this week... LOOOOOOSE THAT 1,4!!
how?: 4 days of attack PP days all the way!
So, today, back to Dukan. Breakfast: 2 low fat cafe lattes. Lunch: two small thin viel steak and two boiled eggs. No snak. 2 diet cokes. Dinner: one small hamburger. 1,5 liters of water so far, will have another half before bed time. I didn't manage to have the oat bran today and I don't feel like it now, but i have already prepared a oat bran toast for tomorrow's breakfast. It was raining today so no walk... tomorrow's goal: add oat bran and walking!
So, there, all seems to be bak in order. I havent heard from B and he is away in the middle east... hope he calls tonigh!
I had a sort of fight with a friend today, via email, which is always aweful, but we were both at work so it was the only option. Im sure we'll sort it out, but I'm feeling a bit disapointed now. Oh well.
And that's all folks. Hope the scales reward me tomorrow for today's efforts and good intentions!!

I'm Back from a week of too much eating!!!
Hi there!! I'm back. Its almost 6 in the afternoon so I am not going to officially weigh myself until tomorrow morning, obviously, but I did jump on the scales, fully dressed and after a kebab for lunch and I can say that despite the "oh dear God!" I also thought "It could be worse, or actually not bad if you consider its mid afternoon I'm fully dressed and I just had a huge kebab!!"... but really, I will wait until Monday morning for the official weight posting!!!
The week away was great, but I ate too much, drank too much wine and champagne and it was wonderful!! haha - Tomorrow I will have lunch with my parents and their friends, at my parents house, food on the menu is not too dukany, but will try to behave and have that as a transition into a 4 day attack PP phase. Hopefully that will bring me down at least to the weight before going away. I reckon that I've gained not quite 2 kg but almost!
Tonight I have dinner at B's and sleep there as he is leaving tomorrow for a week away for work. So that will also help to be 100% Dukan at least until Friday when we have the work christmas party!
This week PP and posts about my trip!! That's all for now....See you soon!! And welcome back Charlotte!!! Congrats Vicky on reaching stabilisation and for the rest who are still on the journey with me, I'm catching up on your blogging!! Good luck to all of us!!!

Chocolate
Today's weight: 59,5 - hit a new low
Buuuuuuuuuuuuut, there is always a BUT.
TTOM is almost here, and that means.... hungry, hungry, hungry aaaaall the time. Plus we have a client at work that every year sends us a Christmas basket full of .. yes, you guessed it Chocolate! the most amazing chocolates, black, milky, with almonds, with hazelnuts, filled with liqueur, ... i mean... incredible.
So, I had a few (too many) many chocolates today!
Anyway, no need to dwell on it... tomorrow I will be strong!! Today the basket got there, we all opened it in amazement and everytime I went to the printer... anyway... i need to forget about it!! Will have a extra light dinner and tomorrow will be another day. I hate TTOM for this!!
Other than that I had a perfect PV lunch.. so I'm happy. I hadn't eaten with my colleagues in a long time and it was nice.
I don't know if I'll be able to blog tomorrow and Saturday we're off for a week, so keep your fingers crossed for me to be STRONG during the holidays and hopefully I will only report a small gain when I'm back
